"brev." is not a product name, it is short for 'brevetto', which is basically italian for 'patent'. There are many Campagnolo products with 'brev. Campagnolo' imprinted on them which simply means that they are covered by an Italian patent owned by Campagnolo.

Campagnolo made a variety of quill pedals (which were used with toe clips and straps) for their different groups, including Gran Sport, Record, Nouvo Record, Rally, etc. Can you describe the pedals better? Do they have a steel or aluminum cage? Type and shape of bearing dust cover on the end?
