On Sat. I rode a club ride from Walnut Creek CA (were I live) to Dublin CA 50 miles some climbing and typical afternoon wind in your face all the way back (20 miles )
Sunday I did the south portion of my clubs yearly 107 mile ride Or 48 miles and over 3000 feet of climbing With both days sunny and in 80's
So were can a 76 old bicycle rider get a freash set of legs
I started riding with the wolverines club and Mike walden in 1949
So is it time for new legs

I'd offer to trade, but it sounds like the legs you have are better than the ones you'd get.

This guy got legs back in the day when campagnolo used to sell them with the record group. As usual are discontinued. I bet he doesnt use a triple either.

Charles, the Wolverines?

I used to tag along on some club rides with them out of the Cadieux Cafe way back when.

Did many a Wolverine 200 on Belle Isle, used to be this weekend, if memory serves. Small world.

Dale Hughes is still active back in MI, the Dorias Velodrome has been replaced: http://www.velodromeatbloomerpark.com/

WOW.....That's inspiring. I'm 71, and don't think I could do that. Keep it up. I plan to.
