I think it is 9:30 EST / 6:30 PST.

If you scroll up the page to near the top of the top
just under "News And Updates"

it gives you times in EDT..

This page should be good throughout the month..

Does anyone know where one can watch the stages after the fact.
I really don't have a schedule that allows me to watch it live.

Me neither. DR, u may nt want to do it but the 19.99 universal sports internet pkg worked for me. Cheaper than being married to time warner and, until they eff it up, u can watch the stages over and over indefinitely.

just a thought.
