Ride report: Horse around ride...

With it being a sunny day, and both of our children getting home early from school today, we decided it would be a good day for a ride. We loaded up the Cruiser and headed to some local trails we know along Greenwich Cove and Greenwich Bay. After getting unloaded we did a bit of rock climbing first, then we hit the trails. It's not technical at all, but it's not a smooth as it looks in the photos either.....except for a section of new trail that was just created we found a ways into our ride.

After cruising the trails we headed down to the beach to head back along the cove....

Time to swing....

There were lots of Jellyfish along the shore. At one point the sand got so soft we couldn't even mount the bikes without sinking in. We walked for a wile but eventually found a raving where we could climb back up to the upper trails. I had to ended up doing the climb three times carrying up the bikes. Too steep and the footing to loose to let the kids carry them up.

And back to the rig to pack up and head Home. A wonderful couple of hours riding and spending time with our children.
