Just got a Lazer to replace my SWorks after it was hosed in a crash. Like their system way better and it doesn't feel like a giant mushroom on your head.

I've been using the Lazer Helium. I like the adjustment system because it spreads the pressure around your head (no "hot spots"). My only issue is the small indent on the forehead in the Lazer helmets, which I fixed by adding a small pad.

Have had a Lazer Helium for a few years now and love it. Excellent adjustment mechanism, good ventilation and not fugly.

I also have a Lazer Helium. It fits very well and the adjuster is very comfy. Its different which is cool and you can get neat accesories for them.

I ride this 95% of the time and a Giro Aeon on occasion.

I've been looking into the helium as well, for all of the nods it's been given here :)

I've been using them for about 4 years. Very comfortable and fit very well. Their adjustment system is fantastic.
I'm ordering a new one today too!

To echo: the fit system is great. The more expensive helmets have options like shell for rain/cold weather.

I've got the Lazer Genesis too, almost the same as the Helium. Very comfortable and great fitting, a little heavier than some of the other offerings from Giro, Specialized etc.

Have the helium. Its the most comfortable helmet for me and the xs actually fits my head. No pressure spots and its nice and light. Nice colors too. Nothing really to complain about. Would get another when it's time.

I've got Lazer O2 and really like it. Like others have said, the adjustment mechanism works really well at distributing the pressure instead of jamming the front of the helmet up against your forehead. It's right around 310g IIRC, so it's not the lightest out there, but it certainly isn't heavy.

The only part that I don't particularly like are the cheaper straps they fit it with, unlike the nicer ones on the Helium or Genesis. It's not a big deal, and you forget about it once you've had it on for few minutes.

I am very tempted to pull the trigger on a Lazer Helium..

I dig my Lazer O2, the adjustment system works well with larger noggin. Doesn't shove the helmet forward and down like some other brands. QBP is the distro too, so super easy for almost any shop to get in, or get accessories for.

so how do the lazers run? if I'm a M Giro and a M Catlike, should I assume M Lazer?

With the 02 anyway, it's s-l unisize, then big. You'd fall in the uni.

I have the genesis and can't complain. The huge range of adjustment makes it easy to wear a hat underneath when it gets cold.

Been using Lazer Genesis for 2 years, great helmet.

My head size is 56cm, the sticker inside helmet says "XS-M". I think they make only 2 sizes as the RollSys fitting system can fit wider headsizes.

And you can buy winter padding too.

Try it on first. Helmets work better if they are well fitted.

Cheers.

Agree with try it on. I did, it didn't fit my head. The internets says it's better for people w/ round melons. Mine is more oval. C'est la vie.
