SRAM BlackBox Ceramic BB - Is it compatible with Shimano Cranks?

MegaExo style, currently in use with my SRAM Red crankset. I'm switching to n Ultegra compact crank and need to know if I need a new Shimano BB, or if my current one will work.

not positive, but i'm pretty sure they're not interchangeable.
