If he could've given her away, he wouldn't have divorced her!

So she's selling her ex-husband's bike? Wonder if he knows that....

I do like the Superman "S" on the head tube though...nice touch!

That is how I got my set of golf clubs....not sure if he ever found out where his brand new set ended up. ;)

She even posted a shot of the bike with his name on the top tube. I also liked this line from the auction "Don't fret guys, he bought an even fancier one as soon as I moved!"

This makes me sad. Maybe he was a really bad husband, but if that was not the case then why should she get his bikes?

I realize how complicated that question is and the fact that we know nothing of the true story, but why take the bikes????

Custom painted by Cycleart?
I sent the seller a question about size of frame since it isn't mentioned.
Bent Frame?
I also live in Frisco, would be willing to assist any forumites
who have additional questions about the bike.
Wish I saw this one at a Yard sale!

It is a large CSi (the former owner is 6' tall)...where are all the CSi fans?

...where are all the CSi fans?It may be that not everyone is excited about a bent frame of unknown size.

that bike isnt that large either- the fence in the background is probably 6' tall- so by looking at the pix, she is maybe 5-5 or so- and the saddle hits her at the hip- so this bike is most likely a 55- 57-

and a BENT TT-

Fishy, but only in the details. From the mtb auction:
"My x-husband rode it and gave it to my son when we divorced but we moved to Texas and there are no mountains here."

She also mentions that her son rode the mtb at Mammoth and did jumping and whatnot...
"My son raced it down Mammoth mountain several times (California), jumped off cliffs, over hills"

So I'd want a good pic of that top tube dent/bend. Not to say a downhiller would abuse a road bike....but you never know.
