The wheelset is sold. Thanks for the interest.

Continuing to clear out my 26er mtb stock...

I had two sets of these. One I used (and is already passed to a friend), and this set remained new in box. I liked these a lot, very sturdy and the set I used never needed to be trued over about 2 years of use. Can be run tubeless (what I did) or with tubes.

Includes valves and spare nipples. Hand built, sent to you as they came to me from the factory. Retailed $500, I got a deal on these at $275 plus $25 shipping, so how about $225 plus $25 shipping (or I can deliver for free in the Eugene-Portland corridor).

Any idea of the weight? I found a figure of 1650 online, is that about correct?

That sounds about right by my memory...maybe a bit heavier. I'm not home right now, but I'll weigh them later tonight and post.

Straight gauge, straight pull (no bend) round spokes. (I think CX, but not sure.) As they are straight, any LBS with a threading machine should be able to set you up with replacements if needed

Yes, standard 6 bolt disc.

Actually appear to be closer to 1850, with rim strips installed and builders tags still on the spokes.

I thought they used double butted spokes, not 14g spokes. But definitely, once you get any sort of straight pull spoke, it could be cut to length. spoke wrench available here:

I've had a set of CC Aeroheads before. decent wheels! a but heavier, due to their hub design.
