As a Louisville grad and former resident of that great city, I am stoked for this game. I haven't been this excited for a sporting event of any sort in a long time. Anybody else on board or feel vested in this matchup?

It's a zoo here for sure!

Big Blue shows up, and so does the ville!

It means a LOT to fans of those 2 teams for sure.

The rest of the country doesn't understand the level of hate between these 2 schools!

Really looking forward to the game. I'm a Marquette grad and season ticket holder, and hate UL when we're playing them...but always cheer for them when we aren't. I'd love to see them beat UK...just like Marquette usually does when we play UK in the Dance!

Way Kentucky is playing right now, if Louisville keeps it within 10 I'll be surprised.

I have some buddies there and they said UofL and UK are representing this weekend. It is pretty fierce between the two and this match won't help.

Years from now when we look up national champions, the listing from 2012 will say one of four things: Louisville, Ohio State, Kansas or Vacated.

Luckily I have been out of the office all week. A staff meeting on Tuesday I called into boiled down to a heated Blue vs Red discussion.

Hopefully all will return to normal next week.

I thought this was a good read on the situation for those not from the state.
