Lunch Rides

Just came back into the office after doing a lunch ride. After working in the logistics, actual riding time is only 30 minutes, around the neighborhood, and on a MTB!

But still, I am happy just being able to ride outside on a beautiful
day - clear skies, lots of sunshine, 70 degree.

It's amazing how a short ride can make my day so much more bearable. Well worth all the logistical preparation, IMO.

I will be curious to hear some of your experience about how you have managed to maximize your lunch rides and get the preparations down to perfection.

Can't do it. It would have to be an all-out sprint in the area of Detroit that I work in. :D

Lunch rides are also impossible for me. I stick to early morning rides.
