Screw this: DMT Mag Force issue

OK, maybe "machine bolt this" ... but the idea is that the standard short, flat-head metric screws don't work with these DMT shoes because the opening is too wide.

Does anyone have a source for short, flat-head wider (m5? m6?) metric machine bolts?

I've never come across a shoe that doesn't have the standard hole, but apparently these DMTs do.

When u say the opening u meant the hole for the screw??? The thing it should be a basic M5 (i believe) as every shoe I knows in the market has. Wonder if the screws u are putting in there are different.

Sure between the usual can of screws u have a regular M5 and M6s moving around, after you know for sure the threading that could help more everybody.

Forgot this, wonder if the threaded metallic insert thinghy part went inside of the shoe, that could make it think it is not an M5

It's M6. Just checked with a long one I have.

Guess the M5s wouldn't work with a magnesium sole.
