Looks like a little of both! Don't see the derraileur cables out the side, but don't see the thumb shifters either! But you can see the cables coming out of the bar tape and going down (I think). Hmmmm....might be new Campy or something! Nice improvement of the hoods, if it is. Jeff N.

Looks like Shimano's shape but K/SN are riding Campy derailers so it could be a Mavic prototype. Sram is going to introduce a road group at the show next month, maybe...

Since we are just having fun and throwing our hats in the ring.....

I like that idea that you mentioned about Mavic. It would be out of left field. Those do distinctly like Shimano hoods as does the shape of the rear shifter.

Just a lark, but since they are sponsored by campy, maybe one of the Mechanics figured out:

1) a clever way to run the Derailleur cables under the tape with the new D/A 10, and also,
2) a way to disguise them so as not to upset anyone.

They do look a little bit Sora in color. I wonder what those external pivot nobs are?

Now I need to go down stairs and see if I can re-route my shfter cables and maybe drill a hole in my shifter for tucking things under. I'll need a laithe, a CNC machine, some sharks w/Freakin' Laser Beams.......

I love this "new product time of year. It's like spring time to me!
