I have some I would like to post but mine are always too big. Would rather not use a host site

If you are using Windows with Office, you can go to the start>Microsoft Office>Tools> Microsoft picture manager. Open the photo, edit and resize or compress. Probably best to >Save As so you don't resize the original.
There are some free programs too, Googles Picassa, Gimp and quite a few others.

Can go 800 pixels in either direction, and file size must be less than 145 KB.
When you host the photos elsewhere, a lot of us can't see 'em at work (I mean, over the lunch hour ;) ). Photo sites are commonly blocked... :crap:
