Colorado Ti

Hello all
I purchased a 94 Colorado Ti, steel fork of course, from Serotta in the late fall but never had the opportunity to ride it before winter set in due to the late arrival of a Chorus group. It may be another two months before I have a chance to ride it and I’m very curious as to how it’s ride characteristics compare to a modern Legend Ti? I’ve never ridden a Legend but I have a fair idea of what it may ride like thanks to the various discussions about it.

In my opinion, from a sample of two, the Factory Demo
and my frame. I suspect there is a large variance in the
ride characteristics of a Legend.

The factory demo ( 60 ) was a rocket, very stiff !
Mine ( 64 ) has significantly larger tubes, yet is
far more comfortable and forgiving. ( yet just as
secure )
