Serotta HSG Question

I have a very early production model HSG IT and it has some white "corrosion" apparent under cable guides and near lug joints.
Very obvious under the clearcoat.
Again - this is the model with the titanium tubes.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Any theories as to causation - I don't live in humid or salty area and wipe off the tubes after rides.

I have a 2007 HSG IT and do not have any issues, if you sweat heavily (I don't) that could be a difference. I do know that some sweat is more corrosive than others. Either way I would not expect to see a problem on an "IT" frame.

Sweat creeping into places were it reaches carbon would be my guess.
