Anybody have a pic to prove Pascal Richard was on a Serotta ti (rebadged as Coppi, I think) in Atlanta and the previous season?

you might want to check old copies of Velonews. There was an article about the bike shortly after the road race.

Pacal was given I think 1 bike by the Euro dealer at the time and he bought a second as a back up . true story , he was the one credited with over sizing the chain stays for the Legend Ti as he wanted bigger stays .

I'm not 100% sure but I think the OS stays predated Pacal. They were just mountain stays turned around and un-bent a bit.

What sort of proof? It is common knowledge, not folk-lore.

Definitely not folk lore. The Velonews article made a point of the fact that the brake bridge had a Serotta "S" embossed on it.

Sorry, doesn't show too much detail.

This picture shows spare bikes located near Tuxedo "hill" on the '96 Olympic Road Course. I see a couple marked Coppi Aluminum R14 in the middle.
