The gift to Ben thread gave me the idea that it would be nice to have a thread consolidated to show the many Serottas out on the road. I know we have the image gallery, but many of those bike are sparkling clean, and carefully posed in front of people's garage doors.

Let's have a thread of Serottas out in the wild, on adventures, far and wide. Where has your Serotta been?? different states, countries, ridden with friends, through thick and thin, good roads and bad, cold and heat. let's see them dirty, used, loved.

Here's an epic transmission from a while back. I forget what all
the thoughts and ideas were and whether they interested me...

A Fierte and a Colorado dragged their owners up this one last col of the trip. What a great thing to have your Serotta with you! more than moral support.

My old Davis Phinney model serotta at the Ommegang CX last year. It was a damn tough bike.

When you get to ride roads like this, a lot of bikes will do the job, but I've loved my Serottas for the confidence they inspire and the fun they create:

Thanks, Ben. The saga continues . . . .

It's been windy here for several days, so I thought the trails might be solid enough to ride. As it turned out they were just about perfect.
