Since I've had some forum members asking about the gym I figured I would post up a little blurb. So far things are progressing...slowly, but in the right direction. It's scary at times, things are always more expensive then you originally thought they would be.
I figured I would share a couple of short vids with you. Two of my guys drilling, working knees and playing around. The gentleman in blue currently holds the amateur Muay Thai title and it's looking like we'll have a title defense coming up soon. Some of you who came to the Ramble last summer might remember Neil (in red) who was riding the Gunnar.
The ring is being assembled so please forgive it's droopiness. :)
