Can i replace a 9 speed DA cassette with a 10 speed on 7700 DA hub?

I believe the spacing is the same.

Yep, if it's a shimano 9s compatible hub, it's a 10s compatible hubs(and 8s also).

Remember the included 1mm spacer on the DA(and other shimano 10s cogsets) onto the FH body first.
