Are there any elegant solutions? Not a zip tie, duct taped and super glue remedy.

I have seen one instance of a reflector bridge used in the seat tube that looked decent but is there a nice bracket available?

On my Litespeed I added a Rivnut on the back of my seat tube.

Very clever and elegant indeed.

Any slick ideas for mounting fenders when you have a bridge, but it lacks a threaded boss to screw the fender to? (e.g. Soma Smoothie ES). Best I've come up with is a P clamp, which is a little kludgy.

That's when a Rivnut is called for...but I generally just use a p-clamp as well.

No experience with them, but they look good.

My concern over using the rivnut there is that water will accumulate under its edges, leading to rust. Probably unfounded, especially if I slather it in silicone and blast the inside of the bridge with framesaver.

From the PBR drenched trenches of a Local Portlandia Bike Shop:

Crud Fenders work with super tight clearances but rub a touch under torque.
Problem solvers clamp works and looks clean.
Homemade strut from F derailleur clamp bolt.
Home made strut from BB cable guide screw.
Tap the seat tube for super clean look.
Cannibalized parts from Minoura accessories/clamps.
Super stiff rack struts bolted to brake mount on seatstay bridge.

Silicone against metal can promote rust.

Drill, prime/paint, Riv-nut.

Thanks...I need one of those for when my DIY solution rusts out.

I would add a fabricated metal strap mounted to the bb cable guide bolt.
