View Full Version : need stem recommendation: 130mm 0-degree

looking for a modern high-quality and lighweight stem in 130mm reach with 0-degrees of rise.

i found an easton EA90 that doesnt look too shabby. before pulling the trigger i'd like to see what else is out there.

Thomson X4 comes in 90 degrees, but I don't know if you can get 130 mm, the longest might be 120.

The x4 comes in 130 as well.

There are not a lot of choices in the zero degree stem category. I have used the Easton 130mm 0 degree stem on previous bikes with no issues.

I had a Thomson X4 painted to match my Speedvagen - stiff as hell and great Thomson quality.

while I like lightweight stuff, the most important thing about a stem is stiffness. the worst thing is standing and rocking a bike and the stem is letting is weak...I like 3T stems!

I have that Easton stem in 130 but previous decals. mounted once, never used. PM me if interested.

Specialized. I have a 130mm, 0 degree (-17 actually) on my main bike and really like the design. As low as $45 in the comp:
