Trek Multitrack

Anyone ever had one ,just picked one up and trying to figure out what size seatpost they require i have tried 27.2 and 27.0 so far and no dice .

When in doubt, look up a model on bikepedia:

Did you mean the Multitrack? Couldn't find any reference to a Trek Multitrek.

If I were to roll the dice, I'd put my money on 26.6. I say this mainly due it is similarity to the Schwinn Crosscut that I recently rebuilt which takes a 26.6mm

Have you tried VintageTrek catalogs to see if it's listed in the specs?

The lower end 700, 720, should take 26.6mm but the higher end 750's etc were mostly 27.2mm. What model is it?

lower end got it for $40 but someone jammed a 27.2 in the st and flared it out so i have fix it and get the 26.6 thanx .
