Double wow... but that "fyxo" sticker down the seat tube is a major fail! OK I admit it: I don't like the guy :p

Perfect machine. If you need more than this, you're not training hard enough.

Barry1021 has his for sale over in the classifieds, and it has the full chrome fork, with flat fork crown, chrome rear triangle, and internal brake cable routing, just like the bike Yates is pictured on.

A friend used to provide legal services for 7-Eleven and Motorola in the early '90s, and had one team bike each. One thing you can't appreciate in pictures is the metallic paint both bikes used - the colors look like anodizing rather than paint. Really gorgeous.

The QRs are on the correct side. What are you seeing?

Oh, third pic down in the link - got it.

Y'all notice his front wheel's on backwards?I was more bothered by the lack of bolts in the seat tube bottle bosses. If you're not going to stick a cage on there, at least put in some button head bolts.

beautiful indeed, looks like my size, too -- a little more chrome (stays and fork), like strong-boy-sean rocked and it'd be perfect!

If you ride a 54 and drool over a 7-11 go have a look at the Classic & Vintage Sales section on BikeForums. Just sayin'

Wow! That's a great deal on a sharp looking bike!!!

I'd be all over it if I didn't already have one. :)

Still one of the best looking bikes ever made... even 20 years on...

I love Shimano Dura Ace 7400 more than most but it still strikes me as odd to see it on a Merckx sponsored machine.

Did the Cannibal ever ride anything but Campy as a pro???
