This should provoke some interesting self-examination.
Personally, I can testify that I've never, EVER said any of those things.
But I was sponsored to say that.

Gentlemen, some of our own list?
I can start:
Yeah, I was fast a few years ago, but...
I was fresh yesterday on my solo ride, but...
Yeah, these water bottles are for racing only, they are from my sponsor...

. . . called "Sh*t Mountain Bikers Say" and also one called "Sh*t New Yorkers Say." Both were hilarious.
Also, apologies to OldPotato since he had posted a thread about this, too, and I missed it. :o

"these aren't my race wheels" - after getting beaten in a sprint by a guy on a fixed gear with cross tires.

I've caught myself doing that and when I started saying this, it was true. Now I am a early-middle-aged-out-of-shape-dad-of-small-children cyclist referring to being super fit uhhhh, 10 years ago?! Lame. I just keep my mouth shut and pedal harder.
Wait, where are the child-related excuses for poor riding fitness ? I love those. BLAME THE CHILDREN!

It was funny enough, but alot of it should be "Sh*t Freds Say". "Does that come in carbon"

I was disappointed he did not ask, "Does your bike plane?"
Excellent. Great choice of locations too. Amante Coffee survives off of clowns like those guys.
