Option 1) Buy my brothers new Ksyrium ssc wheels..
Option 2) put down a deposit for a new Vanilla road frame.
Option 3) invest. Buy low sell high!
Option 4) save up for a custom aluminum frame...No more Klein???
Option 5) Hookers, drugs, strippers??? Turkish delights?

Shino,I would say a TDF lugged Csi,but that ship sailed...the last time I had an extra $500 i used it to get a place in line with E-ritchie,even though he does use a somewhat "archaic" method of construction.....

seeing as there's a pretty handy builder of custom Al frames around your parts

If your brother has a set of new SSC SLs for sale for $500, I'm interested. :)

Thanks

Wheels or a vacation, but those Co-Motion frames do look enticing...

I vote for the deposit on a Vanilla Frame! Having a frame builder like Sasha in your home town makes it a no brainer.

put it in savings.

The impulse, better than sex, thing to do is go for that ice cream.

pay a stripper to ride the klein over to your brothers house and leave it there.

450 left gets deposited at your local vanilla mutual branch.

Alright Johnny Boy,
Go down the block and put your money down on the Vanilla. The Vanilla has been a consistant presence in your queries this year. You'll be dealing with the builder with no fitter in between, you know more what you want out of a bike, and you've been hanging out here so you know how to make your wishes known to the builder (unless you've just been going straight to the pics of the jerk's SO in titanium pants.)
Unless of course, you don't *really* know what you want out of a bike...in which case go for the hookers (your new lady friend might object...unless you get one for her too.)
Lovingly,
Ginger

Have Vanilla build you a Dirtdigger bike with fenders. You already have the go-fast C'dale. Buy what you need, not what you want.

alright i think the best thing to do would be hire a singing stripper give her a bunch of drugs (if she does them of course)---and have her place a singing strippogram at sachas shop for your new bike. who knows maybe he'll put you next in line. hell i'll give you 20 bucks just to hear about it.

...I know what a Turkish delight is.

I'd say put it down on the Vanilla. What ever you do, don't go anywhere near a stripper with $500 cash. It'll be up her boyfriend's nose in no time.

Shino,
As you well know, bikes are nothing more than just materialistic objects. What you should do is get your brother, and your best Portland Phorum buddy named Alembical, the $500 and 3 women of the night, and that way you can have a great memory you will always cherish, and a great story to tell your friends.

Shino,

As someone who has gone with Sacha twice, put the money down on a Vanilla. If I, as a serious cyclist, lived in Portland, there would be no way that I would be riding around on anything but a Vanilla.

Frankly, I don't really want to read another post from you unless you are telling us that you wrote Sacha a check and are in the wait. :) :) :)

How about 5 tickets for the Davis Phinney Foundation raffle.
You might win that # 00001 Serotta that hasn't been invented yet
