The high today didn't even break 20 degrees. I wanted to go ride but just couldn't bring myself to do it today with that brisk breeze a blowin. Jumped on the Erg instead and then took the family to the bookstore.

I got out today. it was 10F when I left, and 11F three hours later when I got home. Tough out there and some ice on the roads, pretty much ground water seepage that flash-froze when the temp dipped so sharply last night.

I don't think need to HTFU, but I may need medication or therapy or something.
