Can this shoe be saved?

Drilling was required to get the cleat screw out of this shoe - unfortunately i didn't get all of it, and now there's a bit left in there - these shoes literally have 2 rides on them. Be a shame to pitch them.

Oh, and the "female" side in the shoe sole became dislodged in the process and now spins in place as i take a dremel or drill to it.

Any way to save these?

what kind of shoe?


am a little confused. cut a slot on inside of shoe, and since it spins and is loose, push it up through the shoe. all of my old sidi's used to have a slot over nutz
