Here's a twist:
Today I was riding with a buddy along a highway with average sized shoulder and the speed limit of 45 mph. I hear a gentle beep, the type that you'd expect from someone really cool from a ways back just to let you know they're coming and so I'm not worried about getting passed at that moment. Then, with the precision accuracy of a tight rope walker this large pick-up truck slides by with only inches to spare, scaring the stuff out of both of us.
As the dude passes (an older man in his 60's) he's checking out his rear view mirror real hard to see if he came as close as possible (he did!)
I thought about it later, what kind of person calculates that type of non-assault and even runs a red light a half mile later so he makes the clean escape?
My post in the form of a question is merely rhetorical, but it seemed so pathological and worse than the typical angry motorist.
