check this out.. How do they do this?

You see a circle of violet dots. Each of them disappears in order, like moving in a circle.

Concentrate your sight at the cross, then you can see, how the violet dots disappear. If you do it right, you can see that the green dot is moving.

If you keep looking , all violet dots will disappear and only the green dot will keep moving!

Go ahead and look at it some more why don't you. Keep staring... and staring... and staring...

Now we're about to go downstairs and put your bike in a box and mail it to me. Won't that be fun?

But first, let's keep staring.... and staring... and staring...

You like Kevan... you want him to have your bicycle. Nod yes if you agree. That's good.

Oooh shoot! Sandy fell asleep.

This is one of the craziest images I have seen before that plays with your eyes. This image is not an animated and the movement you see is only perceived by your eyes.

You will notice that if you stare a set of cirlces, they don't move and it is only the ones that you aren't staring at that are moving.

Here's another one, but the effect isn't as dramatic...

I find that I can "stop" all of them if I focus very intently on just one and notice the others in my peripheral vision.

Keno -- You can also stop them if you let you eyes go out of focus.

Keith, that first blob you posted is scary!!--like a gigantic sea monster or something. I stared at it for far too long and now can't go back to work. I have been hypnotized! AARRRRGHHH!

Since we are still in the subject of optical illusion, I just returned this book to the local library, you might wanna check it out if you have time, some pretty cool stuff in there.
