I just raced a little kid this afternoon for about half a block. It was an impromptu competition. He was riding on the sidewalk and I was speeding up on the opposite side of the street. He must've sensed me approaching because just as I thought I would pass him he jumped outta the saddle and went 100% on me. We glanced at each other sideways for a split-second. But alas, his bmx was no match for my townie. And he got smoked.
