just had one of those times today riding my bike where all the stuff about bikes fades away, the classifieds crack doesn't matter, where i'm going to doesn't matter, and i remember that i really love just riding.

Yes, I thought about the bankruptcy too. And that makes me realize that "Kodak moment" is a phrase that is already passing from common understanding and that it's amazing how quickly a monopoly can fail as technology changes.

I just read that Kodak is going bankrupt. In another 10 or 20 years you'll have to explain what a Kodak moment is!

What is evem more amazing about this picture is how it brings physics 'in your face' in a beautiful way. How the sky is black on the moon, blue on earth mid day and red at sunrise / sunset... how when you turn your back to the sun and look 42 degrees into a rain storm (you have to have the sun, no clouds) you will see a rainbow...

The world is an amazing place... and no better way to explore it than on a bike.

yup the sunset in chicago was amazing today. not to mention the 50's weather in early january. thought i was back in south carolina for a minute
