Man, I would really worry about dragging a pedal with the inside crank down on an inside corner. Doesn't that bother you? One wants the crank on the outside corner down with a lot of more pressure (weight) on that pedal for more efficient negotiating a turn and holding one's line.

duh

its callled going so slow doof that fodo took a really high line and was already "accelerating" out of the corner...if you can call it that...

If you're really asking my opinion I would like to see you sit further back. More setback. Maybe the bars could be a bit lower too. No joke.

This opinion is worth what it cost you.

So there.

Looking pretty good, but I'm with saab; could try a bit farther back saddle and lower bars.

for giggles and internet abuse, doof might post some trainer pics...to open the KOPS bag (doof doesn't believe in KOPS)...right side 3cm behind, left side 2cm behind as it is...got some short thighs, that doof....saddle height is 78.8, setback is 67mm....

we're sponsored by a restaurant and the local Y

like a true internet sheeyathead, doof took a little bit from everyone (cause nobody around here is worth listening to either, doof might as well take advice from some cyber-yahoos...except for cpg, who is no yahoo)...saddle back 2 mil, up 2 mil, bars down (eek) 5 mil...rode the drops on the trainer for 45min...nothing uncomfy...we'll see how it plays out in the real world....

Looks to me like your bike is a bit too small. I agree with moving the saddle back, and up. With due respect, you just look too big to be riding one of those compact frames.

Your shoulders look relaxed considering the pain on your face...very good...relax! Your elbows look like they're creeping starboard and port a bit. Flipper's great!

I flipped foward and back on all the pics and you look at least as good as the yokels you were racing  Do the oppisite of what your body tells you and it will be just fine. Why.. No? I'm not a professional fitter..But I did sleep in a holiday inn express last night. :D  Doc you look a h**l of a lot better than yours truly would look in that position. Keep on pushing try a real coach, and post something on the D**n blog site for the love of Pete. As you can tell I'm no help at all, Keno blames Cosmo's I'l blame the Cab. Frank
