As a former employee, I'm guilty. Never saw a nice bike come through the terminal so maybe that means they were packaged correctly and survived the "Brown Angel [of bike death]." Had plenty of live ammunition spill out around me, windshields crumble and full bottles of wine come cascading down the chute.

Nice. Years ago I took delivery of a Rivendell frame that had the BB Shell dented out of round. I have no idea how much PSI was needed to do that but that is some very thick metal.

Nobillete was able to get it back in round and had Joe Bell paint it. Fedex came through and eventually paid me for damages but I had to be really on top of it.
