Like me, Foxwear is a one man operation.

http://www.foxwear.net/

I think his site is worth checking out ....

I just ordered a Jacket and will report back when it arrives.

Quality seem exemplary .... work is fully custom.
Prices for a custom jacket range from 80 frn to 120 frn.

Lou is the owner, I spoke with Lou on the phone.... heck of a nice guy.

I am excited ! I ordered a custom Polartec Jacket for 120 frn.
else where ... they go for 350 - 500.
I ordered the light weight version in grey with 3M reflective tape.
Polartec is supposed to be Gortex on steroids. Twice as breathable.

Lou does all the work himself on his industrial sewing machine.
Go Lou !

Handcrafted Stuff made in USA that keeps Americans employed.

Lou is GREAT!

Maybe you can convince some on here to try his stuff.

I sure can't! :crap: But maybe it's for the best, if he gets to many orders the wait will be longer, or the outstanding work will be less.

So please do not call him. :p

Ray, your wrap and Lou's stuff are about the same, both GREAT!

Have had 2 jackets from Lou--both great quality and great multi-taskers.

He sent me the jackets with a bill, how many shops do that today?

I've said this before on various posts from people asking about clothes. Worth saying again. Lou's stuff is excellent and the prices outstanding, as is his service. And yes, it's all custom. I'm going to order some more this winter.

Stop it guys!

If we keep telling everyone, then it will cost more and be longer to wait until he sends it!

Great guy and topnotch products but he needs to change his marketing to sell much gear here. He'd be more successful if his website used lots of black and white pictures and he tripled his prices.

Can you guys post pictures of yourself (or others) wearing the gear?

The shots on the website look pretty dated, and everybody in them is wearing super baggy gear. Would like to see how a more fitted cut looks.

Ok, I'll model the tight fit Leopar-tard polar-tec base layer for you.

Er, William, you're going to have to start a new forum for that kind of stuff!

I am glad to see that you're keeping your buff look for the winter.

So I can email him with a list of 8 or 9 body measurements? This sounds excellent.

Also, how stretchy is the NeoShell stuff?

The last post is a single picture of me. The tights I'm wearing are Lou's. They're not baggy, not even after 3 years of use. You can also see them a few times in the video that maxn posted in the same post.

Call Lou and he will send you a small sample. It is not very stretchy though.

I have 2 jackets, 3 tights, hat, and my wife has a pair of tights as well. After a couple of years, my tights had a problem with seam coming apart. Contacted Lou asking for cost of repair and he replied no cost. Sent them back via USPS and received them back within a week of me sending them.

Highly recommend him.

Cheers,
Ian
