Fl bike camps in spring?

I am looking for Fl based camps so I can do a week of riding in Mar or April. I have ridden around Clermont near Orlando and it was good riding there.

Any suggestions on camps etc? I would prefer riding w other masters (over 40) types in relaxed training rides of up to 70 mi per day to get in some base miles and motivate me for the spring riding and winter training.

We go every year to Tampathe except its in January since spring racing is cranked up in March here. Cat 1 and 2's and we get in 90the +/- a day then race on the last weekend. Good times.
