Title says it all.

I jumped on this MXL as is was a super good price and in excellent condition. Only problem, and I was already aware of this, is that it is just a little small for me.

Just received it a couple of days and have already sold the DA groupset that was on it. I was a little hesitant to make this purchase as it was through craigslist and out of state with no one to check it out for me. The frame is even more beautiful than I was expecting.

No dents of any kind, no rust, just a couple of paint chips here and there.

Below are the pictures of the bike that was provided by the seller, which does not do the bike justice. Its all I have at the moment as my camera is down and I doubt my phone on my camera will make much difference.

Also, here is the link to the video the seller also took: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G2Azkdhal0g

I am looking for another MXL in a 55/55.5/56. This would be for just the frame and fork, as I have already sold the DA group. The Motorola scheme would be nice again but there are other that I really dig too. Let me know what you have. And, I would still trade for another sweet MAX bike or one of those Klein Quantum Pro's with the fade paint jobs!

My bike isn't exactly what you're looking for, but I would be willing to trade it plus some cash for your bike.
Have a look and let me know if you're interested. It's a Phinney.

Thanks!

Edit: are you looking to trade the whole bike or just the frame? Either way I'm interested in making a deal with you.

Top tube measures 54.5.

Damn, I was really hoping I would have gotten some interest from another MXL owner by now.

Anyone got a Somec in MAX tubing?

"Like for Like" trades are tough. It will probably be easier to sell this one and buy one that fits.

However, there isn't much of a market for MXLs.

Any interest in selling outright?

Don't want to sound mean but to find a MX leader is way easier to find than a Somec in MAX tubing. Even regular Somecs are harder to find.

Like for example this one...

Been looking a regular somec for so many years that I simply gave up because i simply can't afford one at all.
