look closely to the 2 inch over sized HT for the above Tapered and oversized head set :banana:

Yeah its been machined a bit to reduce some metal too.

George is going to have a stiff fork/headtube. What about the rest of the bike. What stay's is Kelly using?

Did you custom fab that HT? I was not able to find them in steel for a custom cross build.

nope, its stock tubing and new pics will follow :)
