I got to thinking about this idea. The new Campy EPS groups have the battery and "brain" integrated into a single unit. If someone wanted to put the unit internally, it would have to require both a battery hack (not a problem, look at Icarus Lights' internal USB Di2 battery), but also a brain hack. That could turn out to be a headache, but can you imagine a bike built with Campy EPS and that bulky unit done internally? Gorgeous!
Thouughts on the feasibility of this?
