WTB: 700x 32h or 36h Winter Training Wheelset

I am looking for a set of either 32h or 36h, 3x lacing, 700c wheels for winter commuting. Ideally, I would like black rims and spokes.

As for desired rims:
-Mavic OP, DT Swiss RR 1.1/415/465

Desired hubs:
-King, Phil Wood, White Ind, Dura Ace, DT Swiss 240 - SRAM/Shimano Compatible
