I finally found a frame for my wife and now I need to find parts to build it. I'm not 100% on which way to go, but here's what I'm thinking:

Shimano Crankset - 165 compact in silver would be ideal (R600, R700, 6650), but standard and 170 are options, too.

Drivetrain - Matching 6500, 6600, 7700, or 7800 with the preference being DA. FD is braze-on. I'd like to find something like a 12-27 cassette or similar. Short reach shifters (R600/700) or regular should be fine.

Seatpost - Thomson, 27.2, silver, with setback, 330 or longer.

Saddle - White Arione, or something with light pink.

Wheels - I'd like to find something like 32h Open Pros in silver with Ultegra hubs, but something along the same lines would work, too. Shimano compatible.

I've got Easton wheels -- Circuit, EA90SLX, and a lower end set too, but the name escapes me at the moment.

Thanks! My wife would agree, but she may not be happy about it. :)

Thanks for all the replies, there are some good options out there. I should also mention that if anyone has an orphan 7700 right/rear shifter that would also work. I have a left sitting unused.

I have an absolutely MINT set of Neuvation R28SL wheels - $175 plus shipping which should be about $25. If you are in the northeast between maine and Northern NJ we can meet for delivery as well.
