Who distributes Lake shoes?

One of my LBSes said they would like to help me get some Lake shoes, but we can't find the distributor. Veltec had them, but they just closed. Any ideas?

Hopefully Stage race will get back to you as I emailed them a month ago and never got a reply on where I can get Lakes in Canada. (Even though they're based in Toronto... )
