I have several types of Ibex shirts and they are all really good. Sizes are true and consistent. I notice that the ones now on sale are listed as relaxed fit. I'd say their cycling jerseys are not the ultra-slim racer fit.

Form-fit: garment designed to fit snug to the body throughout
Semi-fit: garment will be contoured to the body
Relaxed-fit: garment drapes loosely on body
