Midnight Ridazz Pioneer Busted Selling Dope

Sweet Christ: http://www.dailynews.com/general-new...ting-drug-case

"LOS ANGELES — A Los Angeles-based former professional cyclist who was once sanctioned for testing positive for a banned substance is expected to plead guilty today to selling performance-enhancing drugs imported from overseas in violation of federal law.

Nick Brandt-Sorenson, 35, is scheduled to enter his plea to a misdemeanor charge of introducing a misbranded drug into interstate commerce, according to a plea agreement filed in Los Angeles federal court. The charge carries a possible maximum sentence of a year in prison and a $100,000 fine."

He was a big player on Strava, too. Ha.

This goes to prove that strava is full of dopes.... I mean, he was popped using it and selling it. I'm going to guess he was using it getting every single KOM in LA.

I've always suspected kids were doping in LA, just to be fast and for street cred. I consider myself a pretty decent cyclist, but some days you see these kids flying by you like you're standing still... I mean averaging speeds up climbs that most seasoned pros can manage. Brandt has a circle of fast guys that hover around him, I'm sure they were tasting the goods. Especially the Actovegin, a derivative of calf’s blood! ?!?! Ask yourself.... Who was he selling this stuff too in LA? Al of those cat 4/5/6 guys or something..

new business opportunity for strava. If you want to get a little "Clean Rider" icon next to your name, you have to go on their version of biological passport and get your pee tested.

Interesting you say that because he's battled the soap tattoo guy himself for KOMs around Topanga.

They're strong kids but not dope strong. Here's NBS in front of two of em (bespoke pink and bespoke red):

NBS on the other hand....At the World Famous Rose Bowl where most cats can go to the front for about 5 seconds, NBS would tow 200 guys for 5 minutes. How would TiDesigns diagnose him? Anyhoo, here I am holding his wheel using the power of Catella Weldedskin. Comfort and aero, worth about 500 wattz!

Drug dealers make good money in jail. Maybe they can start the prison games.

The amount of vitriol I saw hurled at this guy on Facebook after this announcement was awe inspiring.

Don't know him. Just know the name. But he's a doper, and they're all the same. #douchenozzles

Hey, he had to dope and help others dope, so they could keep riding with their fast friends.

He's the unsung hero of the cyclist who wants to ride with his usual group but doesn't have the time to put in the training.
