Emil_WegelinThe history of the settlement until his oldest banking house of Switzerland began on March 1, 1741, Caspar Zyli (1717-1758) founded in St. Gallen a "linen cloth trade & freight forwarding action." Undoing the bank mandates that you took from UBS, as was determined against the Bank 2008. Business with U.S. citizens made only strategically insignificant five percent of the business. The bank must now pay 74 million dollars. The penalty is even covered by the purchase price of the deal from the year 2012. The Bank provides business expected in March and the oldest private bank in Switzerland makes the doors close. Previously, only one U.S. judge must still approve the agreement between the prosecutor and the Bank. That was a formality said a bank spokesman now in St. Gallen.
