I've had first hand experience with both GB Cerf blue (26) and Ruffy Tuffy's (28).
I love the ride on the GB's, fast, quick off the line and comfortable, however two flats in a little over 500 miles or urban riding. I'm planning to try the next size up when time for replacement. I've used Ruffy Tuffy's on my touring bike and found them to ride superior in both speed and comfort to both Schwalbe Marathons and Conti Top Contacts, only replaced them due to my wanting a bomb proof tire for longer self contained touring. The RT's didn't seem as quite as fast as the GB's but part of this was due to the difference weight and in frames, road verses touring. I recently used the very same RT's with around 2,000 miles at Cino Heroica. No flats on over 100 miles of nasty gravel, only wished they were 32's. Sam in Cincy |

1 flat in 1 year of used Ruffy Tuffys. Not as fast as others I'm sure, but still plenty of get up, and they feel much wider mounted on A23's.

Anyone have a real world measurement on the Clement LGG tires? Would love to get actual numbers on the 25 and 28s, mounted on wide (23mm) rims.
Their CX/gravel tires plump out to *way* over spec (LAS labeled 33mm, measured 36.5mm). |
