Internally routed rear brake cable. Splitter available?

I'm musing about a potential TT/Tri bar setup on my road bike for such things. Swapping the entire front brake isn't too bad, Di2 shifting so that's easy. The rear brake is the bear. It's internally routed so how do I leave the rear brake connected and use a splitter? Or should I just solder the tips of the brake cable and fish it through each swap?

Coupled, travel bike I'm guessing...disconnect and rethread each time.

Are you trying to put brake levers on the aerobars, or is this a coupled bike like OP suggested? It isn't clear to me what you are trying to accomplish.

Converting road bike -> TT bike with bullhorns, aerobars, bullhorn brake levers.

I would be taking off road bike bars + brake levers to install bullhorns/aerobars with different brake levers.

The rear is only a problem because I don't have access to any bare wire, so the traditional brake cable splitters used on a travel bike aren't useful.

How much of a bother is it to thread a new rear brake cable each time you change setups? Shop cables are pretty cheap as you could use the Park Tool magnet system if it's tough to find the exit hole.

If there is a tube then threading it with the crimped/mangled end might be tough.

There's no internal guide, but it's annoying enough for me to look for another solution. I guess I should just solder the tip so it doesn't fray.

Why not use a housing joint. You could leave the housing in the tube and have the joint between the handle bars and tube. You need only slide the inner cable out of the rear part of the housing and the two handle bar setups would have their own front section of housing that would join into the rear section. The joint is simply a ferrule with two female ends and an internal flange to keep the housing from sliding through.

That's a decent idea, would prevent me from having to fish around the cable.

I have the option of full housing run through the top tube or use removable cable stops at either end. Right now I have the stops.
