Took 1 small dose oxy when I got home. Then decided side effects were worse than the pain so those extras are off to the police dept. Methocarbonal helped a bit.
Tylenol. (of course can't take NSAIDS for months)
XLIF is pretty remarkable procedure if upper levels of lumbar in the hands of a great surgeon. L5/S1 your stuck, hope to keep this joint happy somehow.
(amazing but that picture was mid day, the one of perhaps 5 in a year that the bay stays calm, in fact someone was killed 2 weeks ago right near where picture was taken due to high winds and winter cold)
