Will this work for a missing 10s Cassette Cog?

My Sram XG-1080 MTB cassette is missing the 14t cog. The order should go

11,12,14,16,18,21,24,28,32,36 but without the 14t it is unusable!

So I am hoping by calling SRAM tomorrow they will be able to supply me with the missing cog but if that does not happen does anyone have experience with Miche cogs? Specifically looking at this:

Based on the picture it does not appear to have the spacer attached to it that makes it fit, but that could just be the angle.

Anyone figured out a work-around for a similar situation? Hate to see a brand new $250 cassette go to waste, and subsequently my MTB drivetrain be dead in the water.

Shouldn't be a problem. Just buy the Miche 10s spacer with it.

I used one a few years back on a Campy cassette after breaking one of the cogs. I never noticed a shifting difference coming in and out of that cog.
