I used to buy as many different frames/bikes as I could find, as there really is an endless amount of variety and cool stuff to collect and experience...and that served me well for a time, I learned a lot. But now...I yearn for a more refined stable, populated by bikes that mean something to me personally and that (most importantly) I RIDE, often.

That said, here is my current list:

Imshi Road (Steel/Di2)
Firefly XCR (SS/SR11)
Landshark Road Shark (Steel/SR11)
Landshark OneUp (Carbon/Di2)
"Pegarello" MAX (Mercatone Uno Team Frame - Adri Van Der Poel/SR11)
Eddy Merckx MXL (Caloi Team Frame - Sean Yates/DA 7410)

Tomii CX - Old race bike, for sale (Steel/SRAM 1x11)
Squid CX (x2) - Current race bikes (Aluminum/SRAM 1x11)
Burnside Forge CX - commuter, my cousin built the frame (Steel/SRAM 1x11)

Burnside Forge MTB 650B - hardtail (steel/SRAM 1x10)
BH Lynx 4.8 29er - full suspension (carbon/shimano 1x11)

Frames
Chris Chance CX
Chris Chance Road
Fat City Fat Chance 26er
Royal H Cycles Track
Sketchy Cycles Track
Ritchey Niti 26er (for sale)

Good point, now if only I could afford that 60 Sachs in the classified.

Ideally if I could downsize to a bike for each purpose. SS, Cross, all arounder, road race, hmmm I could go on.

It's special, no doubt.

I just sold another mtb yesterday, so I can build up a nice pink BMC Monstercross when they ship in February.

I still have my first racing bike, Puch Laser with Sachs Huret 5 or 6 speed.

But the bikes I ride:
197? Puch Superleicht 9 speed campy down tube shifters
1991? Llewellyn Max 9 speed record/chorus
1996 Pinarello Dyna 8 speed record
2008 Pegoretti Marcelo 9 speed record/chorus

Truth is, I'd be happy with any of those four as my only bike.

Cycling is like playing videogames - if it drops below 30 frames, you need to upgrade

Built:
1995 Merlin Extralight
1985 Pinarello Treviso
1993 Brodie Rodie
1999 Merlin XLM
2012 Xprezo T29

Unbuilt/Need some parts:
Late 80s 3Rensho XR
Late 70s Rossin Record

I'd honestly be happy with 2 Roadbikes and 2 MTBs, even 1 of each, but I can't give the others away.

Currently at 9 and holding

All hung with Campy ergo (9/10/11 speed) and road worthy:
1. Basso Gap - late '80's?
2. Woodrup Giro-Touring - commuter w/fenders
3. Bianchi Axis - CX lite if I ever get around to it
4. Cinelli Saetta - '12
5. Cinelli Nuovo SuperCorsa
6. Masi 3V - '05 replica
7. Litespeed Classic - '90-ish
8. Serotta CSI
9. Somec ProMax

Hanging in the rafters, on the way out when I get a round tuit:
* Orbit tandem (standard gauge 531 tubing - flexy and fun!)
* Mercia King of Mercia (f/f/hs)

Come and gone:
* Masi GC ('90)
* Specialized Allez by 3Rensho (two)
* Bridgestone RB-1
* Colnago Master Olympic
* Univega SuperStrada
* Centurion Equipe Project by Cinelli

For volume, yea, might as well lock the thread.

However, NOTHING compares to your cave (and arione collection).

Absolutely NOTHING.

Yours is the envy of all on the board. Well, at least moi.
