Campy Ultra Torque Cups and Record Crank on '96 Serotta CRL?

Forum -

Curious if there is anything I'm missing in swapping out an octalink bottom bracket and Dura Ace crankset for some Campy Ultra Torque cups and a group-completing Record 10 crankset.

English BB on a 96 Serotta CRL.

Do I see this correctly?

I'm also assuming I should NOT swap the record 10 for a Force 11 kit. DC bike thieves would likely agree.

You should be fine. Just don't go light on the grease.

Nope screw in and play. Lotsa grease in BB Shell and inside cups. Wavy washer in left hand cup, install RH crank, clip on, LH crank in, bolt RH side, grease on hirth fitting teeth and bolt threads, tighten to spec.

Record for spam? YGBSM.

Actually - if anyone has one they are looking to sell, I'm always partial to forum purchases.

177.5 or 180 please

I bought a set of 11 speed compact Athena cranks for less than I could source the rings for. If anyone wants free cranks arms at 175mm in black aluminum pm me and they are yours for the cost of shipping.

Right. If you run a standard crankset, they almost pay you to take one.
